To help us address any transit-related issues, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video and take photos as you open your package. These are required to process any claims for transit damage, loss, or replacement. The damaged product along should be shipped within 4 hours from the time of delivery accompanied by a video of unboxing package through email at Bonitaindia27@gmail.com

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds, but we do provide exchanges under specific terms. Please note the following conditions:

Once the product is received in good condition, we cannot accept returns or replacements due to personal preferences, sizing issues, or non-suitability.

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please email Bonitaindia27@gmail.com in within 24 hours of delivery. Upon approval, please ship the product back to us within 2 days in its original packaging to avoid any transit damage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit within 24-48 hours, which can be applied to your next purchase. Exchange product will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

- Store credit cannot be combined with existing offers, and shipping costs will apply to your order. - We do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, subject to a cancellation fee of 8% to cover payment gateway charges. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed after this period, as we begin processing your order immediately. For delays caused by external factors like weather or restrictions, cancellations cannot be made once the order has shipped.
